Shipping

Every order ships from our facility in Santa Clarita, California within 48 hours of purchase (Monday–Friday). Jars are packed in protective, glass-safe packaging.

Shipping rates and carrier options are calculated at checkout. Typical delivery within the United States is 2–5 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

We currently ship within the United States. For international inquiries, contact us — we'll do our best to help.

Returns & replacements

Arrived damaged? Email us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a free replacement — no need to ship anything back.

Unopened jars may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. Because honey is a food product, we can't accept returns on opened jars — but if something isn't right, tell us and we'll make it right.

To start a return or replacement, email our support team with your order number.

A note on crystallization

Raw honey naturally crystallizes over time — it's a sign of purity, not spoilage, and doesn't qualify as a defect. To restore liquid texture, place the jar in warm water (max 40°C / 104°F). See our FAQ.
